In Thailand, you can find many planners, calendars, notebook and journals at reasonable prices. In this post, I would specifically share on an A5 monthly spread planner that cost about 35 baht.
I have bought and use these 35 baht planners for a number of years. Starting from last year, I have started buying planners and calendars online as it is not convenient for me to go out. For visitors, you can find these planners in major bookstores such as B2S, SE-ED and Naiin during end of the year/ beginning of the year.
The video below contains the screenshot of the planner:
I’ve also written another post on my planning tools for the coming year and how I plan to use these planners. Aside from these 35 baht planners, I also use a desktop calendar and a content planner. I plan completely on paper and do not use digital planners or app.
These small A5 planners while small, has been very useful. There are a few brands of these planners in Thailand but I like this brand the most because I like to design very much.
Using erasable Frixion pens, I would use one planner to draft out a tentative schedule, while the other planner do write down the actual content that have been implemented or scheduled. Few years ago I’ve attempted to put all within the same planner and find it to be confusing. I find it more effective to use one dedicated to planning- and then once done, I would strike out.
In periodical basis, I would reveal what that has not yet be done. It is easy to spot because these have not be striked out. I find that after doing this, I do not have so many things that fall through the cracks.
You may have noticed there are 4 planners in the post image. I had actually ordered two planners but the seller included another two current year planners as free gift.
As there is only one quarter left in the current year planner, I am using one of the planner to test out by using to plan my content. While the other, I am using it as a memorial book to put in photos and some description.
Because these planners are inexpensive, it is something that we can often buy and try. In Thailand, these planners sell very well. The format each year are similar, therefore I wish to also include the videos from previous years for your viewing:
