I have inquired with their staff if a particular book is not available can they help to reserve a book…. and I was told that they would first check with other outlets of the book is not available. They would assist customer to place the booking only if the book is not available in other stores. This is because the customer would need to wait if the book is sent from overseas.
As the store sells books in English language, naturally the staff are also able to converse in English.
The bookstore located in Central World is quite large and sells a huge selection of books across various topics, something that I would see at a bookstore back home.
Previously I have bought quite a few of Thai dictionaries from their store in Survanabhumi airport. When buying books to learn Thai language, the best place is to buy when you are visiting Thailand. Even though shops in airports are usually more expensive, it is still way cheaper than buying from a bookstore in your country.

Below are handcrafted notebooks. These notebooks are beautiful and I have not seen them anywhere else.
